“2015年，趙巖昊代表浙江廣廈籃球俱樂部首次參加中國男子籃球職業聯賽。2024-2025賽季，是趙巖昊為俱樂部披掛上陣，征戰CBA聯賽的第十個賽季。

賽季至今，趙巖昊出戰5場常規賽，場均17.2分鐘，得到5.6分1.2籃板1助攻，投籃命中率42.1%，三分命中率45.5%。
