沈梓捷1997年9月3日出生于江蘇省南京市，2016年，他代表深圳男籃出戰CBA聯賽，正式開啟職業生涯。2022年3月，沈梓捷當選2021-2022賽季CBA聯賽常規賽最佳防守球員；2023年4月，他獲得2022-2023賽季CBA聯賽常規賽最佳防守球員。2024年8月6日，CBA官網公布了2024-2025賽季北控男籃國內球員注冊信息，沈梓捷D類頂薪簽約三年。

2023-24賽季，沈梓捷為深圳出戰47場比賽，場均登場28.5分鐘，得到12.4分7.4籃板2.7助攻1.3蓋帽，投籃命中率61%，罰球命中率為51.9%。
